Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) booked.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service(s) booked.

If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you in which case the same cancellation fee (100% of the service(s) booked) will apply and we will need to reschedule your appointment for another time.

No-Show Policy:

Any no call/no shows will be subject to a no show fee that is 100% of the service(s) booked.

Refunds are not offered on any products or services. All sales are final.
